Here's the recipe for Apple Cinamon Pancake
Ingredients-
1 medium apple diced in cube
1/2 cup jowar flour
1/2 cup oats
2 cup milk
honey 2 teaspoon
Ghee/butter- 3-4 teaspoon
jaggery powder/sugar- 2 teaspoon
Baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence- 2-3 drops(optional)
Method-
1. Take all above ingredients except ghee & vanilla essence in a blending jar. Add all items one by one.
2. Blend in grinder for 3-4 minutes if required add more milk to adjust the consistency. Take this mixture in a bowl.
3. Take a pan grease the pan with ghee/butter properly so that mixture don't get stick on it.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake. You can make them smaller or larger, depending on your preference. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on the first side, or until you see bubbles forming on the surface.
5. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and keep them warm. You can cover them with a clean kitchen towel.
7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter or cooking spray to the skillet as needed.
8. Serve the apple cinnamon pancakes warm, with chocolate syrup, honey, or any other toppings of your choice. You can also add a sprinkle of cinnamon or some sliced apples for an extra touch.
