Instant Jowar(Sorghum Millet) Dosa
This recipe of instant millet dosa is made of millet flour which is good source of fibre protein and iron. It helps in weight loss and controls sugar, so good for diabetic people.

Ingredients:
Jowar flour -1 cup
Green chilli -1 tbsp
Onion -1/4 cup
Coriander leaves -
3 tbsp Ginger -
1 tsp Chilli flakes -
1 tsp (optional) Salt to Taste
Cooking oil
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add jowar flour, cumin seeds, salt, and red chili flakes. Mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves, ginger, onion, and green chili to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the dry mixture and mix well to make a watery batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency.
Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan or a dosa tawa over medium heat.
Once the pan is hot, spread a ladleful of batter onto the pan to form a thin dosa.
Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom side is golden brown.
Flip the dosa and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
