Here's recipe of Jamun shots-

Ingredients-

Jamun(black plum)-250 gm

water- 1/2 cup

blacksalt- 1/4 teaspoon

sugar/honey-2 teaspoon

salt

icecubes(optional)

Few sprig of Mint leaves for garnishing

Red chilli powder & lemon for garnish

Method-

  1. Wash the jamun berries thoroughly and remove the seeds. You can do this by cutting the jamun in half removing the seeds using a knife.

  2. Place the deseeded jamun in a blender or food processor.

  3. Add the lemon juice and honey (or sugar) to the blender.

  4. Blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth consistency. If desired, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.

  5. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if needed.

  6. Add a pinch of black salt and salt to enhance the flavor. Black salt gives a tangy

taste that complements the jamun.

  1. Take salt and chilli powder in a plate mix it. Rub lemon or water on rim of glass then hold the glass put it upside down and dip the rim into mixture of salt and chilli powder.

  2. Pour the jamun mixture into shot glasses.

  3. Add a few ice cubes to each shot glass to chill the drink.(optional)

  4. Serve the jamun shots immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also garnish the shots with a sprig of mint or slice of lemon for added freshness and presentation. Feel free to adjust the sweetness and other ingredients according to your taste preferences.
