Palak Paneer Paratha
Palak paneer paratha is a delicious Indian bread stuffed with a filling of spinach and paneer.

Here is a recipe to make it at home:
Ingredients:
For dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup gram flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoons oil
Spinach Puree
1/12 teaspoon seasme seeds(white til)
Water, as required
For Stuffing:
1 cup paneer, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon black salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
For making Spinach Puree-
1 cup spinach, blanched(First wash, then boil leaves & then strained and add cold water)
2 green chillies
1 small piece of ginger
Oil, for cooking
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, gram flour, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder ,spinach puree and oil.
Add water little by little and knead to make a smooth dough. Add seasme seeds, let it stick on the dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix crumbled paneer, oregano, chilli flakes , black pepper, red chilli powder, black salt and salt.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them into small circles.
Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center of each circle and bring the edges of the circle together to seal the filling inside.
Gently roll out each stuffed ball into a paratha, taking care not to let the filling spill out.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
Applying oil as required.
Serve hot with your choice of chutney or raita.
