Quinoa & broken wheat fried rice
Quinoa and daliya fried rice is a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional fried rice.

Here's a recipe you can follow:
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup daliya (broken wheat)
2.5 cups water
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped brocolli
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped coriander/green onion for garnish
Instructions:
Rinse quinoa and daliya in a fine mesh sieve under running water. In a medium-sized pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add quinoa and daliya, reduce heat to low, and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the grains are tender. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and frozen peas , brocolli and carrots. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add cooked quinoa and daliya to the pan with the vegetables. Stir to combine.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce ,salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through.
Garnish with chopped coriander/green onion and serve hot.
