Spinach Corn Pakoda

Here's the Recipe for spinach corn Pakodas

Ingredients -

Spinach chopped- 2 bowls

Boiled sweet corn- 1 bowl

Onion chopped - 1

Capsicum chopped- 1( small)- optional

Green chilli finely chopped- 2 teaspoon

Grated ginger- 1 teaspoon

Besan(Gram flour)- 1 bowl

Rice flour-1/2 bowl

Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Carom seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

Chat masala_ 1 teaspoon

Pinch of asafoetida

salt

Oil for frying

Water if required

Method-

1.Take chopped spinach in bowl, grate the boiled sweet corn in blender or chopper add it to Spinach.

2.Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies, grated ginger to spinach .

3.Add all spices to it along with gram flour and rice flour.

4.Mix it properly the consistency should not be liquid. It should form into flattened balls.

5.If you feel mixture is dry, then only add water. Add little hot oil to mixture to make it crispy.

6.Make flattened balls or simply pour into hot oil with the help of spoon or hand and deep fry it till it turns golden brown.

7.Serve hot pakoras with chutney, sauce and green chillies.

Note- To make it more healthy you can cook in appe pan for 5-7 mins by flipping on both sides  with less oil or you can cook in Airfryer as well.
